What are my Chonies made of?
Our Chonies basics and printed garments are made of a soft, breathable fabric composed of 47% Cotton, 47% Modal and 6% Elastane. Our Chonies Ribbed Collection is a super stretchy 96% Cotton and 4% Elastane baby rib fabric.
Where do my Chonies come from?
Chonies are designed in Los Angeles and made in China. They are shipped from Northern California.
How should I wash my Chonies?
Machine wash your Chonies on cold and delicate cycle, then tumble dry with low heat. Do not iron, bleach, or dry clean your Chonies. For best results and optimum wear, hand wash and lay flat to dry.
Will you restock an item that is sold out?
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, many of our items are Limited Edition and may sell out quickly, never to be restocked. Occasionally we may restock popular items based on demand.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide! Domestic and international shipments are calculated based on quantity, weight and location.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed Monday - Friday before 12 PM PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and usually ship within 2-5 business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 12 PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM PST will begin processing on the following Monday. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We do not offer Saturday delivery. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
How can I track my order?
All domestic and international orders are shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS). You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You may check the status of your order at anytime by logging in to your account page. Once you login to your account using your email address and password, you will be able to view your “Order History” and view past orders and current orders that you have placed.

What is your return policy?
We offer exchanges within 30 days of the shipping date. The item must be in its original packaging and must NOT HAVE BEEN OPENED, WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED. If there is any sign of wear or damage to the product or its packaging, your exchange will be rejected by our customer service team. Return shipping is at your expense. Please ship back to the address below using any traceable method. We are not responsible for any packages that we do not ship ourselves. Please pack all items in an appropriate, unmarked shipping box and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to exchange your item for a different style or size. In an email or on the invoice please indicate which item(s) is being exchanged and include reason why. Your card will be charged or credited any difference in price. Standard ground shipping back to you is free. **International orders and clearance items can not be returned or exchanged for any reason.**
